I usually save this for the end of the newsletter but, I had so much to share and was just too excited to wait. So, at the risk of steering my readers to think The Omo Misha Times is all about ME (which it certainly is NOT), here it is "ME. Me me....!" making an uncharacteristic appearance on page 2. For those of you whom have expressed that you could do with less of "ME, Me, me....!" ummmm....perhaps I should offer a Hillary-Clinton-like apology (more on that on page 7). As the lone (unpaid) writer, editor, creator, and publisher of The Omo Misha Times, I guess you could say I made an executive decision to put myself first this time. Sorry John Sims, you will have to wait ;-)

Manifesting Things has been a work in progress for all my life, it seems. Well, it's finally here and I couldn't be more elated!

Manifesting Things is a 219 page publication written by yours truly :-) It explores modern perspectives on spirituality, religion, and philosophy, along with some of my own hard-learned lessons in life. Although, the book is geared towards African-American women (simply because I am one, and I think in terms of our particular needs and concerns), its content is universal, and is in no way limited to the interests of any particular group. (In other words, this is not necessarily a girly book!)

On April 8th I did a LIVE radio interview on Authors First - a program of Artist First World Radio, an Internet station. For my first interview, I guess I wasn't half bad. (Or, perhaps I should say I was only half bad...which would mean I was half good, eh?)
